SHIFT x Mindfulness Matters
Samara Zelnicker began Mindfulness Matters after wanting to connect to her own truth and find freedom. After breaking her foot and being immobilized for 8 weeks, Samara started to recognize how critically health and wellness played into her life. She hopes to spread the power of mindfulness in organizational, community and non-profit settings with her training in neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional intelligence, Mindfulness Matters.
